A celebration of Wanda Garland's life
Funeral service is at Golders Green Crematorium (West Chapel) on Saturday 2nd November 2024 at 12pm
The Crematorium is a ten minute walk from Golders Green Underground station (Northern Line, Edgware branch) or there is a taxi rank outside the station.

Thoughts
Wanda was the last of the great wistriches/wistreichs of that generation and like Ernest, George, Renee and others, she was engaged, inquisitive, open minded, calm...a listener but with strong opinions of her own...a connection to the secular Jewish Eastern European legacy we, their survivors, share. She was also a wonderful artist, a bohemian of sorts, a courageous woman with a zest for life and adventure. I will miss her
